The line of gluten free products and mixes will be produced in a gluten free bakery facility and introduced first to the Triad area market of Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, North Carolina and the national market initially through its Internet Website. Our ingredients are either certified gluten free or internally ELISA tested to insure that they are gluten free.
